How to increase Conversion rate in an Online Store, is a question that is popping up now more than ever, as many (especially small) businesses are forced to move very quickly into the digital world. With that in mind I will present two methods that can help you to increase conversion rate. As a digital transition itself can be very challenging I have tried to focus on some tactics that shouldn’t be too much hassle for you to implement in your shop but can produce some stunning results.

Over 10 years’ experience in creating data-driven solutions for various business challenges. Currently working for Adobe, where she is Digital Segment Lead for Document Cloud. She is responsible for driving the whole transformation process from offline into online – and has so far delivered more than $200m ARR (+50% y/y growth) sales via eCommerce.
Prior to working at Adobe she worked at Zooplus, where she led the SL online shop and was responsible for online marketing and sales activities. Under my leadership the shop won an award for the best online Shop as voted for by customers. She is particularly proud of it,as this came directly from customers and was based on their real life shopping experiences, which proves that the work they put into optimizing the customer experience was the right move and was very effective.
In her spare time, besides running and reading, she is also a member of the Professional Woman Network where she enjoys the opportunity to connect with some great female leaders around the world and share experiences.
