Copernico has always paid particular attention to the processing and the protection of personal data of its Customers, Users, Suppliers, Collaborators and all those with whom it gets in touch. For this reason, in order to guarantee an accurate observance of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we have adopted a suitable Organizational Privacy Model. The Regulation in question establishes that those who process personal data are required to inform the interested party of the data that are processed, and of certain elements that qualify the processing: it must happen lawfully and with full transparency, and protect the interested party privacy and rights . In accordance with the articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, we provide the following information.

Why this privacy policy, and whom is it for?
In this page we describe the procedures for processing the newsletter recipients’ personal data. This is a policy made in accordance with the articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation 2016/679.
Legal bases of data processing
Our newsletter is sent out via e-mail - automatically and for free - to all those who ask to receive it by giving an appropriate consent. It is also sent to our customers that need to be informed about the product and similar services. We can also send our newsletter on the basis of our legitimate interest, after taking into account the reasonable expectations of the interested party (based on the relationship he/she has with us). Therefore, this evaluation is based on what the interested party may expect, compared to the way we process his/her personal data.
Cancellation of the service
In order not to receive the newsletter anymore, it is enough to use the opt-out option (that you can find in every communication), or that you can have by contacting us (you can find the contacts at the bottom of the page). You will be immediately notified of the interruption of the data processing.
Which information are we gathering and how long are we keeping it
The data provided (or collected in other ways), such as, for example, name and e-mail address, will be handled via IT and telematic tools with the only purpose of sending the newsletter out. This means that the data will be kept only for the period of time in which the newsletter will be active.
With whom we share your data
The data will be processed only by the Copernico employees and collaborators, or by the companies responsible for the data processing (eg for the purpose of managing the newsletter).
Your rights and how to contact us
We would like to remind you that you have the right, in certain cases, to obtain the access to your personal data from Copernico Srl, and the right to correct or delete the data processing, or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations).

Claim right
The interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulations, have the right to make a complaint with the Guarantor, as stated in the art. 77 of the Regulations, or to go to court (Article 79 of the Regulation).
