The methods of managing the website are described on this page with regard to the processing of the personal data of the recruitment candidates who consult it. This Policy is provided to those who send their CV or other information in order to establish a working relationship with our company.

What information do we gather?
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of information by filling in forms or sending electronic mail to the addresses shown on this website leads to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and personal data, required to respond to the requests and/or provide the services requested, as well as any other personal data included in the correspondence (and in any attachments to it) or on the appropriate forms. The data will be treated with information technology and digital transmission methods in order to respond to the requests and/or provide the service requested.

We gather information regarding our users, visitors and job candidates.

We collect information that concerns you exclusively for carrying out the research, selection and evaluation of personnel.

When we can contact you?
We can contact Candidates for recruitment only to schedule an interview or ask for further information regarding their professional profile.

How long do we keep your information?
We may keep the CVs or other information regarding the Recruitment Candidate for a maximum period of 6 months, unless requested by the interested Candidate for early cancellation (opt-out).
In case of recruitment, the personal data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the Personnel File.
We may retain your Personal Information for as long as is needed to provide you with our services. We may continue to retain such Personal Information even after you deactivate your User Account and/or cease to use any particular Services, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes regarding our Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests.

Your rights and how to contact us
In addition to the right to request the cancellation of your personal data within 6 months from sending the CV, we remind you that you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you and to know the content and origin thereof, verify its exactness, or request the supplementing, updating or correction of such data. You also have the right to request the deletion, conversion into anonymous form or blockage of data processed in breach of the law and, in any case, to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of such data.
